By posting video links or media to the hrdwre.io/feed, you retain full ownership of your creative work. However, you grant hrdwre.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Stream and broadcast your content on CV.TV (our 24/7 channel).
Feature snippets ("Wire Drops") for promotional use on our social media grid.
Critique and provide feedback on your "Circuit Breaker" sessions.

You warrant that you own the rights to the content you post. hrdwre.io is a platform for showcasing talent; no financial compensation is granted for these promotional broadcasts.

[04] EXTERNAL_LINKS & LIABILITY///

Our Service contains links to third-party websites (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). We do not own or control the content hosted on these platforms. hrdwre.io assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

[05] TERMINATION///

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service instantly, without prior notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the community spirit of hrdwre.io.

[06] GOVERNING_LAW///

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the provider's headquarters.
