Access to hrdwre.io requires accurate and complete credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service. Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately. Failure to provide accurate data constitutes a breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate termination of your signal.
[02] INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY & BRAND///
The Service, including its original code, interface design (Technical Brutalism/Glasmorphism), and proprietary features, remains the exclusive property of hrdwre.io. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
[03] USER_GENERATED_CONTENT & BROADCAST_LICENSE///
By posting video links or media, you grant hrdwre.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream, broadcast, and archive your content on CV.TV (24/7 channel) and our Video-on-Demand library. You warrant that you own all rights to the content. Should you choose to terminate this license, hrdwre.io will remove the content from both the live 24/7 broadcast schedule and the VOD archive within 72 hours of receiving written notice.
[04] EXTERNAL_LINKS & LIABILITY///
Our Service contains links to third-party websites (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). We do not own or control the content hosted on these platforms. hrdwre.io assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
[05] TERMINATION///
We reserve the right to terminate access to our Service instantly for any conduct that violates these Terms or harms the community spirit. Furthermore, should a Content Partnership agreement be terminated, hrdwre.io will remove the respective content from all live streams, VOD libraries, and promotional grids within 72 hours.
[06] GOVERNING_LAW///
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the provider's headquarters.
